AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Men are welcome on this trip when traveling with a woman you will be rooming with.
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please make sure that your passport does not expire on or before May 28, 2027.
South Africa: Passport holders are required to have at least two blank visa pages in their passport for entry.
Zimbabwe: Visa required. Visas may be purchased upon arrival. U.S. citizens pay $30 USD for a single-entry visa or $45 for a double-entry visa.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of quotation. In the event that the U.S. dollar devalues, prices may increase accordingly.
Make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before your trip. Visit your doctor (ideally 4-6 weeks before your trip) for any required vaccines or medications.
Our flight departs JFK on November 16, 2026.
We recommend arriving at JFK at least 4-5 hours before the group’s flight time. Consider arriving at JFK on November 16, 2026, and staying at a nearby hotel. We suggest the Hilton Hotel at JFK or Hampton Inn JFK.
