General Questions

Travel Divas is a full-service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. Travel Divas is owned by Premier Travel One.

Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@thetraveldivas.com.

We are no longer accepting any new requests for private travel quotes. 

No. Travel Divas cater to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional man or woman that would like to step away from their day-to-day reality and see the world.

Other Questions

Yes. We are looking for Interns. We hire interns for college credit for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Interns must be studying in the field of marketing or business.

Travel Divas is a NOT membership-based service. We are a company that provides travel services. Anyone who loves to travel and make a priority to travel is a Travel Diva or a Travel Dude. However, you can join our Facebook group to connec with other travelers and stay on top of new Travel Divas trips and news.

 

Payment Questions

For group events, we accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For mail-in payments, we accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. Please note personal checks will not be accepted 60 days before event to commence. For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Reservation Questions

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

You can make monthly payments several ways. Visit our website home page, www.thetraveldivas.com  and click the “Account Login” link in the top right corner.

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
