Welcome & Registration
As a Welcome & Registration volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an incredible experience. Your duties will include checking in guests, distributing welcome packets, answering initial queries, and providing an overview of the event schedule. This role is perfect for someone with a friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills.

Street Team
Join our Street Team to be the moving face of Travel Divas during Essence Fest! This role involves promoting our events and services around the festival area, engaging with attendees, distributing promotional materials, and directing guests to various locations. This dynamic position is ideal for outgoing individuals who love interacting with new people and are comfortable on their feet for extended periods.

Hospitality
Hospitality volunteers will ensure that all attendees have a pleasant and comfortable experience at our designated Travel Divas areas. Responsibilities include overseeing lounge areas, answering questions about services and event schedules, providing directions, and ensuring refreshment stations are stocked and tidy. This role is for you if you have a knack for customer service and a welcoming attitude.

Greeters (for our lounges and other areas)
Greeters are essential in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Positioned at the entrances of lounges and event spaces, greeters will welcome guests, verify access credentials, provide event information, and direct attendees to their desired destinations within the venue. This role is suited for friendly, approachable, and helpful individuals who can provide a first-class welcome experience.

Set Up and Breakdown
Be able to set up signage, arrange furniture in lounges and registration areas. The Set Up and Breakdown role are crucial to the smooth operation of our event. Before the event, you will be briefed on all event materials and how they will be used. Post-event duties include taking down decorations, clearing venues, and organizing items for transport. This role requires physical stamina and is perfect for those who enjoy working behind the scenes.
