How do I join the Travel Divas VIP Travel Program?

No need to sign up! All travelers who book with us are automatically tracked and will be enrolled in our VIP Travel Program once they meet the required trip status. Just book your trips, and you’ll start progressing with each completed journey.

Are there any costs associated with joining the program?

No, joining the VIP Travel Program doesn’t come with any additional costs. It’s our way of giving back to our loyal community. All you need to do is continue exploring the world with us.

Are VIP benefits transferable to friends or family?

The VIP Travel Program is exclusively designed for our Divas and is non-transferable. The perks and benefits are curated for the individual member and cannot be shared or transferred.

Will I be notified when I advance to a new tier?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a congratulatory notification by email as soon as you reach a new tier, along with details on the new benefits unlocked.

What happens if I take a break from traveling? Will my tier level remain the same?

To keep your VIP membership active, you need to book or embark on a trip at least once within 24 months. If you’ve initiated a trip within the past 12 months, your membership remains intact.

Is there a way to check my current VIP status?

Yes, we’ll send periodic updates on your membership status, and you can always reach out to our Customer Support team for more details on your current tier and benefits.
