Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:

This Senegal trip includes city sightseeing, cultural experiences, outdoor activities, extended travel between destinations, and active touring days.

Some experiences may involve extended walking and standing, stairs, uneven terrain, sand, inclines, outdoor pathways, wildlife areas, and getting in and out of local transportation. Certain cultural sites, community locations, beaches, and activity areas may have limited accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or other mobility devices.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. While requests may be shared with hotels and local providers, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

  • This is a LAND ONLY package. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own airfare and airport transfers.
  • Travelers should plan to depart the United States on Friday, May 19, 2028, for arrival in Senegal on Saturday, May 20, 2028.
  • Hotel accommodations are planned for 7 nights, with check-in on May 20, 2028, and check-out on May 27, 2028.
  • Travelers should fly into Blaise Diagne International Airport (DSS).
  • Travelers are responsible for arranging transportation between the airport and hotel.
  • For this trip, Travel Divas requires your passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before November 27, 2028.
  • Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements before departure.
  • All prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if currency fluctuations materially affect trip costs.
  • Roommate Matching is available. If you need a roommate, select “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Matching is typically finalized approximately 60 days before departure.

  • Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure.
  • Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • A valid passport is required for international travel.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
  • Once you make your reservation, you can log in to our client portal at any time to view your account.
  • Name changes are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
  • A $250 per person late payment fee will automatically be added to reservations with a balance remaining after the final payment due date.
  • You are responsible for keeping Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of any changes to your email address.
