This Italy trip includes city sightseeing, walking tours, motorcoach transportation, boat transportation, historic attractions, and time exploring Milan and Venice.

Some experiences may involve extended walking and standing, stairs, uneven pavement, cobblestone streets, bridges, inclines, docks, boarding boats, and getting in and out of transportation. Venice in particular includes numerous bridges and historic areas where accessibility may be limited for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or other mobility devices.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. While requests may be shared with hotels and local providers, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL NOTES:

For this trip, Travel Divas requires your passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before December 18, 2028.
Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, and entry requirements before departure.
All prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if currency fluctuations materially affect trip costs.
Roommate Matching is available. If you would like to be matched, select “Roommate Requested” on your reservation form. Matches are typically confirmed approximately 60 days before departure.
The group flight will depart JFK on Sunday, June 11, 2028, for arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) on Monday, June 12, 2028.
Milan accommodations are planned for 3 nights, with check-in on Monday, June 12, 2028, and check-out on Thursday, June 15, 2028.
Venice accommodations are planned for 3 nights, with check-in on Thursday, June 15, 2028, and check-out on Sunday, June 18, 2028.
The group flight will depart from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on Sunday, June 18, 2028, for the return to JFK.
Roundtrip airport transfers are included for travelers arriving and departing within the group’s scheduled flight times. Travelers arriving outside the designated transfer windows are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
A full finalized itinerary will be emailed approximately 60 days before departure.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.
Italy uses European electrical outlets. Travelers should bring a compatible travel adapter for personal electronics.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
A valid passport is required for international travel.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
Once you make your reservation, you can log in to our client portal at any time to view your account.
Name changes are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee will automatically be added to reservations with a balance remaining after the final payment due date.
