International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports. Please be sure your passport does not expire before December 24, 2027, if so please renew your passport immediately to attend this travel event.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at info@thetraveldivas.com.

If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
This trip is a LAND ONLY trip meaning you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport you should fly into is Milano Malpensa Airport (MXP). You should purchase your flight to depart from the US on June 17,2027 and arrive in Milan (MXP) on June 18, 2027. Check-in into the hotel is June 18, 2027. Our group’s hotel check out date is June 24, 2027. You should make pay close attention to these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees arrive into JFK at least 4 hours before flight time for the group flight.
Roommate matching is available for this tour. If you require a roommate match, please indicate on the reservation form where it asks for your roommate name, please enter: “roommate match”.
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
This group tour will include walking tours over uneven and rugged streets. Please plan accordingly.
This tour may not be suitable for a person that has the need for a wheelchair, walker or scooter as they are not permitted on “seat-in-coach”.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of all email address changes.
Men and teens are welcome to attend this event at the same price.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, Please apply for a passport as soon as possible if you do not have a valid one.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
