Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:

This trip includes sightseeing, historic neighborhoods, beach experiences, and time exploring different areas of Martha’s Vineyard.

Some experiences may involve extended walking and standing, stairs, uneven surfaces, sand, inclines, historic pathways, and getting in and out of local transportation. Certain historic sites, beach areas, and accommodations may have limited accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or other mobility devices.

Summercamp offers some accessible accommodations and adapted common areas, but accessibility varies by room type and availability. Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. Specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

This is a LAND ONLY package. Transportation to and from Martha’s Vineyard is not included.
Hotel accommodations are scheduled for 4 nights, with check-in on Thursday, July 15, 2027, and check-out on Monday, July 19, 2027.
Travelers flying directly to the island should use Martha’s Vineyard Airport (MVY).
Travelers are responsible for arranging transportation between the airport or ferry terminal and Summercamp Hotel unless otherwise noted.
Guests should wait for Travel Divas’ recommended travel schedule before finalizing flights or ferry arrangements.
Only 12 rooms have been secured for this departure. Availability is extremely limited.
A detailed itinerary will be emailed approximately 60 days before departure.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full legal name.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
Once you make your reservation, you can log in to our client portal at any time to view your account.
Name changes are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee will automatically be added to reservations with a balance remaining after the final payment due date.
You are responsible for keeping Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of any changes to your email address.
