Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:

International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.

Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. While requests may be submitted to suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

    • Take-away beverages from outlets to the rooms are NOT allowed.
    • Only selected beverages listed in the package will be offered.
    • Any other beverages not included in the package will be charged directly to the guest.
    • All beverages will be served by the glass, not by the bottle.
    • If guests show signs of intoxication or misbehave, restaurant and bar managers may stop serving alcohol to that guest.
    • Guests with a beverage package may not share drinks with others who are not part of the package.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling to the Republic of Maldives requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. For this trip, your passport should not expire before September 11, 2028.
  • Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at info@thetraveldivas.com
  • Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option.
  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
  • Currently, US Passport holders will receive a VISA upon entry into Maldives. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Velana International Airport (MLE) also known as Malé-Velana International Airport. The airport code is MLE. The group flight will depart from the US on March 1, 2028 and arrive in Maldives (MLE) on March 2, 2028. Check-in into the hotel is March 2, 2028. We will depart from Maldives to the US on March 8, 2028. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
  • Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort. Enter your flight HERE. Please note that our included airport transfers are only valid on our trip dates. If you are traveling anytime outside of our trip dates, you must secure your own transportation to and from the airport.
  • Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive in Maldives on March 2, 2028, before 4 PM.
  • Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released late June 2027.
  • At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover anticipated room charges.
  • A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
  • A private Facebook group will be created 30 days before travel.
  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier before travel.
  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of all email address changes.
  • Men and kids are welcome to attend this event at the same price.
  • Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until 60 days before departure and only after 75% of the package is paid.
  • Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
  • Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • All payments to Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 14 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.
  • Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
  • If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.
  • You can login to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.
  • Name Change Fee – $250 + any vendor fees applicable at anytime during your booking.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
