This Ibiza trip includes sightseeing, beach and waterfront experiences, hotel activities, and time exploring the island.

Some experiences may involve walking on uneven surfaces, cobblestone streets, stairs, inclines, sand, docks, boarding boats, and getting in and out of local transportation. Certain beach clubs, historic areas, boats, restaurants, and nightlife venues may have limited accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or other mobility devices.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. While requests may be shared with the hotel and local providers, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

For this trip, Travel Divas requires your passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before December 24, 2028.
Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, and entry requirements before departure.

Guests should fly into Ibiza Airport (IBZ), also known as Aeroport d’Eivissa.
Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation between Ibiza Airport and the hotel.
Guests should wait for the recommended flight schedule before finalizing airfare.
A detailed itinerary will be emailed approximately 60 days before departure.
All prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if currency fluctuations materially affect trip costs.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, also maintains the required payment schedule.
Once you make your reservation, you can log in to our client portal at any time to view your account.
Name changes are subject to a $250 name change fee plus any applicable vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee will automatically be added to reservations with a balance remaining after the final payment due date.
