You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Travel Requirements: U.S. citizens do not need a passport for domestic travel to New York. However, you will need a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or REAL ID) for identification purposes.
Roommate Matching: Roommate Matching is offered for this event. To be matched, please select “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Roommates will be matched 45 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
Please arrange your own flight to arrive in New York on December 7, 2025, with a departure from New York on December 11, 2025.
Itinerary: The full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days prior to departure to help you plan your free time. Itineraries are subject to change at any time.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
