Will I be staying in both Florence and Tuscany?

Yes. This experience includes 4 nights at Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel – Florence or similar and 3 nights at Castelfalfi Resort, Tuscany or similar. Private transfers between the two locations are included.

How much walking should I expect?

This trip involves moderate walking, especially during city tours and village visits. Florence’s historic center and Tuscany’s hill towns have cobblestone streets, so comfortable shoes are essential.

Are meals included daily?

Daily breakfast is included, along with select gourmet lunches and dinners — such as the Green With Envy Welcome Dinner, Chianti Wine Experience lunch, and Glam Farewell Dinner.

Can I have free time to shop or relax?

Yes. The itinerary includes built-in leisure days and afternoons for spa time, shopping along Via de’ Tornabuoni, or simply enjoying café culture at your own pace.

What is the weather like in Italy in October?

Expect mild and pleasant weather, averaging 65°F–75°F (18°C–24°C) during the day and cooler evenings — perfect for vineyard tours, countryside strolls, and outdoor dining.

Can I arrive early or stay longer in Italy?

Yes. You may extend your stay in Florence or Tuscany before or after the group trip. Extra nights can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability and additional cost.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your return date. Your passport should not expire before April 19, 2028.
Prices are based on current exchange rates and may adjust with currency changes.
Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until 60 days before departure and only after 75% of the package is paid.
If you select the LAND ONLY package you are required to purchase your own flights to and from Florence. You will fly into Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR), also known as Amerigo Vespucci Airport. The group flight departs the U.S. on October 11, 2027, arriving in Florence, Italy on October 12, 2027. Hotel check-in is on October 12, 2027. Return flight departs October 19, 2027.
Your full itinerary will be emailed 60 days before departure to help plan your leisure time.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have one, please apply immediately.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
