TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs by doing a Google Search. We can also send you a list of vendors as well.
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL NOTES:
- Men are welcome to attend this event.
- Roommate matching is available for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until 45 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate(s) of the countries to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Miami, Florida, United States, on November 1, 2025 (at 5:00 PM local time) and returns to Miami on November 8, 2025 (at 6:30 AM local time). You are responsible for booking your own travel arrangements to and from Miami.
- The nearest airports for traveling to Miami are:
- Miami International Airport (MIA): Approximately 10 miles and 15 minutes from the port.
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Approximately 30 miles and 40 minutes from the port.
- When booking your flight to Miami, please plan to arrive no later than 12:00 PM local time on Day 1. You must be at the dock no later than two hours before sail away (3:00 PM local time). You are responsible for securing transportation to the Port of Miami – Terminal V from the airport.
- We strongly recommend booking a flight that gets you into Miami one day before the cruise on October 31, 2025 to avoid delays.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you will automatically be enrolled in our auto-bill payment plan option. You may opt out of this program by emailing us at info@thetraveldivas.com after making your reservation. Please review our auto-bill payment plan option for details.
- You should begin looking for flights nine months before the event. Some travel websites allow you to set alerts to notify you when prices drop.
- Provided full payment is received by your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent electronically.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of any email address changes.
TERMS & POLICIES:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
