International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before December 26, 2026.
All prices are based on the currency exchange rates in effect at the time of pricing. In the event of a U.S. dollar devaluation, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any changes resulting from currency fluctuations.
We offer Roommate Matching for this tour. When making your reservation, please select “double occupancy” and enter “request roommate match” when prompted for your roommate’s name. Roommates will not be assigned until 45 days prior to your trip and 75% of your reservation total has been paid.
Your international flight will depart the United States on June 16, 2026. Please note that the hotel check-in date is June 18, 2026.
A full itinerary will be emailed 30 days prior to departure, giving you time to plan and prepare for your free time and experiences in Bali.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name ( First, Middle, Last name) as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. Please ensure it is valid through at least December 26, 2026. If not, apply as soon as possible.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
