International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.

Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. OCCUPANCY DETAILS:

Single occupancy = one person to a room
Double occupancy = two persons to a room
Each person in a room will have his or her own bed. Couples will have one Queen bed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL NOTES:

All passengers must carry a Travel Insurance Plan. This Plan must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, and pre-existing medical conditions. As any potential evacuation from Antarctica can cost up to $150,000, we recommend that no policy carry less than this amount of coverage. Polar Latitudes will require information as to carrier, policy number, and a 24-hour contact number. Additionally, passengers are strongly advised to carry a Comprehensive Travel Insurance Plan with CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) which should also include coverage for cancellation, curtailment, trip interruption, and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to or otherwise involving a passenger.
Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until 60 days before departure and only after 75% of the package is paid.
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before June 5, 2029. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before the event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
Please note, the group flight will depart from Miami on November 24, 2028, and arrive in Ushuaia on November 25, 2028. We will depart from Ushuaia on December 5, 2028. We strongly suggest finding a flight to get you into Miami no later than 4 hours prior to departure time.
Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of all email address changes.
Men are welcome to attend this event at the same rate.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport as soon as possible if you do not have a valid one.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
