The contest is sponsored by Travel Divas, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor."
CONTEST PERIOD
The Travel Divas Louis Vuitton Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on October 11, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET
and ends on October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.
HOW TO ENTER
- Post a video on TikTok sharing your favorite Travel Divas memory using the hashtag #traveldivas during the Contest Period.
- Your TikTok profile must be set to public for your entry to be visible.
- Each unique video submission counts as one entry. You may submit multiple entries, but only one entry per person will be eligible to win.
- By submitting an entry, participants agree to the use of their content by Travel Divas for promotional purposes.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a
Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 50
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,780.
WINNER SELECTION
- The winner will be selected based on engagement metrics, including likes, comments, and shares on TikTok.
- The leaderboard will be updated daily throughout the Contest Period to reflect participant standings.
- Sponsor will contact the winner directly via TikTok within 7 days of the Contest’s end. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:
- The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of notification.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the participant, TikTok, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TikTok, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
PRIVACY:
Personal information collected from participants will only be used by Sponsor to administer the Contest and, if consent is provided, to provide participants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from Sponsor.
GOVERNING LAW
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any and all disputes will be subject to the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
