TRAVEL NOTES:
Passport Requirements: Traveling abroad requires a valid passport that must remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before September 26, 2026.
Currency Exchange: All prices are based on the rates of exchange at the time of price quotation. Any changes in exchange rates may affect the final invoice amount. Travel Divas reserves the right to adjust pricing to account for currency devaluation.
Roommate Matching: Roommate matching is available for this tour. If you would like to be matched, please select “Roommate Requested” on your reservation form. Roommates will not be matched until 45 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
Arrival Flights: The hotel check-in date is March 20, 2026. The group flight will leave from JFK on March 19, 2026 to arrive in Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) on March 20, 2026.
Departure Flights: The group flight will depart from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on March 26, 2026.
Transportation Details: Group airport transfers are only available for arrivals and departures on the scheduled dates and times. Travelers arriving or departing outside of these times are responsible for their own airport transfers.
Itinerary Details: A full, finalized itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days before departure to help plan your free time.

- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
