• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup (To make, mix equal parts sugar and hot water until dissolved)
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• Splash of Club Soda
• Lime wheel, pineapple slice, Lemon wheel and mint sprig for garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
