Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Your invoice will outline your payment amounts and due dates.

Complimentary automatic billing allows you to schedule payments after your initial deposit and helps keep your reservation current.

Single Occupancy: One traveler in a cabin.
Double Occupancy: Two travelers sharing a cabin.
Bedding: Request your preferred sleeping arrangement when booking. Availability depends on the confirmed cabin configuration.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

Adults Only: All travelers must be at least 18 years old.
Passport Validity: Travel Divas requires your passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the final sailing date. Your passport should not expire before April 23, 2028.
Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for confirming the cruise line’s current document requirements and applicable entry requirements for their nationality.
Cruise-Only Arrangements: Arrange your own flights, accommodations outside the cruise, and transportation to and from the terminal.
Arrival Planning: We recommend arriving in the Los Angeles area by Friday, October 15, 2027, one day before embarkation. Pre-cruise accommodations and transfers are not included.
Airport Selection: Review the confirmed cruise terminal and transfer arrangements before choosing your airport and booking flights.
Embarkation: Your cruise departs Los Angeles on Saturday, October 16, 2027. Follow the arrival window and boarding deadline provided in your final cruise instructions.
Disembarkation & Return Flights: Your cruise returns to Los Angeles on Saturday, October 23, 2027. Wait for recommended flight timing before booking your return airfare, allowing sufficient time for disembarkation and transportation to the airport.
Roommate Matching: Enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form if you need a roommate. Matching takes place approximately 45 days before departure and only after 75% of the package cost has been paid.
Themed Events: Pack red pajamas, red swimwear, and red evening attire for the scheduled celebrations. Final event details will be shared before departure.
Shore Excursions: Excursions are additional unless specifically included. Review each activity’s physical requirements, cancellation terms, and return-to-ship timing before booking.
Dining & Activities: Some restaurants, entertainment, and activities may require reservations. Instructions will be shared before departure.
Itinerary Changes: Ports, arrival times, departure times, and onboard programming are subject to change.
Departure Gift: Your package includes a $100 Travel Divas Store Gift Card, typically issued approximately 30–40 days before departure. Order trip items at least 10 days before travel and review delivery estimates.
Detailed Itinerary: Group details will be emailed approximately 60 days before departure. Cruise documents and boarding instructions will follow according to the cruise line’s release schedule.
Diva Talks: Pre-departure Zoom calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, with the link emailed about one week prior.
Private Facebook Group: The group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making a reservation signifies acceptance of Travel Divas’ Terms and Conditions and the applicable cruise line terms.
All payments to Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must use your full name exactly as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Follow the payment schedule outlined on your invoice.
A reservation that goes 60 days without a monthly payment may be canceled without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring your roommate also maintains the required payment schedule.
Name changes must be reviewed by Travel Divas and are subject to cruise line restrictions, a $250 Travel Divas fee, and any applicable vendor fees.
A $250 per person late payment fee applies to balances remaining after the final payment due date.
Late payment requests require management approval before your final payment deadline.
You may view your reservation and account through the client portal.
