Austria Unplugged is designed around wellness, restoration, and a relaxed pace, but guests should still be comfortable navigating a mountain resort environment.
Some experiences may involve walking on uneven terrain, inclines, stairs, outdoor pathways, and extended movement throughout the hotel and wellness facilities. Certain spa, pool, sauna, or wellness areas may also have limited accessibility.
Travelers who require mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. While requests may be shared with the hotel and local providers, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.
Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.
