Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

This is a CRUISE ONLY package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own airfare to and from Seattle, Washington, as well as any hotel accommodations in Seattle.
A valid passport is required for international travel. For this sailing, Travel Divas requires passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire on or before January 22, 2028. Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, and entry requirements before departure. Non-U.S. citizens should check with the appropriate consulate for requirements specific to their citizenship. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
When making your reservation, you may pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. Guests who select a payment plan will automatically be enrolled in our automatic monthly payment plan. You may opt out by emailing info@thetraveldivas.com.

We recommend beginning your flight search approximately 9 months before the cruise. Some travel sites allow you to set price alerts for fare changes.
The cruise departs from Seattle, Washington, on July 15, 2027, and returns to Seattle on July 22, 2027.
We strongly recommend arriving in Seattle one day before the cruise, on July 14, 2027. Any pre-cruise hotel accommodations are the guest’s responsibility.
We recommend arriving at the cruise terminal at least 2 hours before sail away. All guests must be aboard the ship no later than 4:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the airport, any hotel accommodations, and Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91.
Provided your reservation is paid in full by the final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and final instructions will be sent electronically by email approximately 30 days before departure. Guests are responsible for keeping Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of any changes to their email address.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your trip. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and access information will be emailed before the call.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport as soon as possible if you do not currently have a valid one.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
