Some experiences may involve uneven terrain, stairs, inclines, city sidewalks, boarding a sightseeing boat, and getting on and off group transportation. Certain attractions, historic locations, or transportation providers may have limited accessibility for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or other mobility devices.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or additional support are encouraged to contact Travel Divas before booking so available options can be reviewed. While accommodation requests may be shared with hotels, attractions, and local providers, specific accessibility arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

TRAVEL NOTES:

For this trip, Travel Divas requires your passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before February 28, 2029. Travelers are responsible for confirming current passport and entry requirements before departure. Non-U.S. citizens should verify entry requirements with the appropriate Canadian authorities based on their citizenship.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any necessary adjustments.
This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, meaning you are responsible for booking your own flights and airport transfers. You will fly in and out of Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
The trip dates are August 23-28, 2028. Please plan your flight to depart from the US on August 23, 2028 and arrive in Toronto on August 23, 2028 before 4 PM for hotel check-in. Your return flight should be scheduled to accommodate our group’s hotel check-out on August 28, 2028. Please pay close attention to these dates when planning your travel.
Men and teens are welcome to attend this event at the same price. A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Roommate matching takes place approximately 45 days before departure.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan option. If you select the payment plan, you will be automatically enrolled in our monthly payment plan. You may opt out of this program by emailing us at info@thetraveldivas.com. Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option for details; monthly notices will be sent when your payment is due.
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of any changes to their email address.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name Change Fee – $250 before final payment date on your invoice; $250 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
