Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations

International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.

Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. While requests may be submitted to suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

Monthly Payments & Auto Pay

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before December 22, 2028.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
Roommate Matching is offered on this tour. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note roommate matching does not take place until 60 days prior to your trip departure date.
For our FULL PACKAGE travelers, we recommend flying into LAX the day before departure on June 15, 2028.
If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are responsible for booking your own flight and submitting it for airport transfers. Once you purchase your flight, please enter your flight information into our database so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the hotel. Enter your flight HERE. Please note that our included airport transfers are only valid on our trip dates. If you are traveling outside of our trip dates, you must secure your own transportation to and from the airport.
Airport Transfers: Flight information not submitted 30 days or more before departure will result in forfeiture of airport transfer services. Guests will be responsible for transportation to and from the hotel and airport. No exceptions.
Airport Transfers are included for full package travelers but are an optional add-on for land-only packages. Flights must be submitted 30 days or more before departure. A late fee applies for submissions made 29 days or less before departure.
The preferred arrival flight number and arrival time will be provided approximately 6–10 months prior to travel to allow guests the opportunity to coordinate airport transfers with the group, if desired.
The hotel is contracted for 6 nights. Hotel check-in is on Friday, June 16, 2028. Hotel check-out is on Thursday, June 22, 2028.
When making your flight arrangements, you will fly into Tokyo International Airport – Haneda (HND).
A full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days in advance to help plan your free time.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current until your final payment date. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee, plus any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
