Restrictions:

International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Please read this important information regarding travel insurance before making your final payment.
Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport must not expire before December 26, 2027.
  • A Visa and a Yellow Fever Vaccine are required to travel to Ghana.
  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any increases resulting from currency devaluation.
  • Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you wish to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where it asks for your roommate’s name. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until after 75% of your total package cost has been paid.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are responsible for booking your own flight and airport transfers. When arranging flights, pay close attention to travel dates. Our group flight will depart from the US on June 16, 2027 to ARRIVE in Ghana for hotel check-in on June 17, 2027.  Your departure flight from Accra to the US should be scheduled for June 26, 2027. The airport you will fly into and out of is Kotoka International Airport (ACC).
  • A full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days before departure to help you plan your free time.

TERMS & POLICIES:

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • All payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Roommate Matching is available.
  • Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.
  • If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.
  • You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee + any vendor’s fees.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • Send late payment requests in writing to info@thetraveldivas.com.
