Will there be time for shopping and relaxation?

Yes. The itinerary includes open afternoons in both Geneva and Montreux for leisure, shopping along Rue du Rhône, or enjoying spa time at your hotel.

Can I arrive early or stay after the group trip?

Yes. You can request to extend your stay in Geneva or Montreux before or after the group trip. Additional nights can be arranged based on hotel availability and at your own cost.

How cold is Switzerland in December?

Expect temperatures between 30°F and 45°F (–1°C to 7°C). Both Geneva and Montreux offer a cozy winter atmosphere — perfect for markets, lakeside strolls, and scenic excursions.

Are meals included every day?

Daily breakfast is included, along with select gourmet lunches and dinners as outlined in your itinerary. Some evenings are left open for you to explore local dining on your own.

Do I need Swiss francs, or are credit cards accepted?

Credit cards are widely accepted throughout Switzerland. However, carrying a small amount of Swiss francs (CHF) is recommended for local markets, cafés, and small purchases.

Will the group visit more than one city?

Yes. This experience includes both Geneva (4 nights) and Montreux (3 nights), with private transfers and curated excursions between the two destinations.

Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:

International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.

Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. While requests may be submitted to suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your return date. Your passport should not expire before June 21, 2028.
Prices are based on current exchange rates and may adjust with currency changes.
Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until 60 days before departure and only after 75% of the package is paid.
If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Geneva Airport. The airport code is GVA. The group flight departs the U.S. on December 13, 2027, arriving in Geneva on December 14, 2027. The group hotel check-in is December 14, 2027. Return flight departs December 21, 2027.
Your full itinerary will be emailed 60 days before departure to help plan your leisure time.
Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help prepare you for your next trip of a lifetime. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

TERMS & POLICIES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
