Premier Sea View Room

The Premier Sea View Room offers 55 square meters (592 square feet) of space, accommodating up to two adults. Guests can choose between a king bed or twin beds. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

  • Land Only Package does not include international flights from the US to Doha, domestic flights or airport transfers. Please plan accordingly.
  • The full package does not include the domestic flights or airport transfers to and from your home state to New York (JFK). Please plan accordingly.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. Trip Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable. AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • A valid passport is required for travel to Doha. Your passport must be valid beyond May 15, 2027. Please check your passport today—no refunds will be issued for expired passports.
  • Men are welcome when rooming with a woman.
  • At booking, you may choose to pay in full or enroll in our automatic monthly payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you’ll automatically be enrolled in auto-pay. To opt out, please email us at info@thetraveldivas.com. You will receive monthly payment reminders. Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option for full terms.
  • Final travel documents and itineraries will be emailed no later than 30 days before travel, provided your balance has been paid in full.

  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Doha International Airport. The airport code is DOH. The group flight will depart from the US on Friday, November 6, 2026 and arrive in Doha (DOH) on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Check-in into the hotel is Saturday, November 7, 2026. We will depart from Doha (DOH) to the US on Sunday, Novemeber 15, 2026. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

  • It is your responsibility to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas updated on any changes to your email address, as all trip communication will be sent via email.

TERMS & POLICIES:

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • All payments to Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Premier Travel One d/b/a Travel Divas has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
  • Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Roommate Matching is available. Review our Roommate Matching Program.
  • You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.
  • Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Travel Divas Team. Name changes are allowed with a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. 
  • A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance in order to reinstate your booking anytime after cancellation.
  • You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
