When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

The group flight will depart the US on April 1, 2026 and arrive in Casablanca on April 2, 2026. The airport we will fly into is Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (CMN). Check-in into the Hyatt Regency Casablanca is April 2, 2026. The group flight will depart from Marrakech to the US on April 9, 2026. The airport we will fly out of is Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK). If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

- A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
