OCCUPANCY DETAILS:

• Single occupancy = one person to a room
• Double occupancy = two persons to a room
• Each person in a room will have his or her own bed. Couples will have one large bed.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. • This trip is a LAND ONLY trip meaning you are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers to and from the cruise port. This cruise also starts and ends in 2 different countries.  Please note the following and book your travel accordingly.

  Arrival

  • This cruise starts in Barcelona, Spain. The airport in Barcelona is the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).
  • You should purchase your flight to depart from the US on April 25, 2025 and arrive in Barcelona (BCN) on April 26, 2025 no later than 12 PM local time. 
  •  We do suggest arriving a day prior to the cruise on April 25, 2025. Should you decide to arrive earlier, you should book your trip to leave the US on April 24, 2025 to arrive on April 25, 2025.

  Departure

  • The cruise will end in Athens, Greece. The airport in Athens is the Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” (ATH).
  • You should purchase your flight to depart on May 4, 2025 no earlier than 12:30 PM local time to give yourself time to disembark and get transportation to the airport without the rush.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Premier Travel One and Travel Divas of all email address changes.
