*UNICO Trip Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Win a dream getaway for two to the breathtaking UNICO resort, where luxury and culture blend seamlessly. Before you enter, please take note of the following terms and conditions to ensure this opportunity is right for you:

  • Travel Date: The winner must be available to attend the trip on February 29th, 2024. Please confirm your availability for this date before entering the giveaway.
  • Flight Not Included: The prize covers accommodation for two at UNICO resort and may include certain resort-specific amenities and experiences. However, flights are not included. Winners will be responsible for their own travel arrangements. The transportation to the resort is included.
  • Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Employees of Travel Divas and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must follow all steps outlined in the giveaway announcement.
  • Selection Process: The winner will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their entry, at the discretion of the Travel Divas team. All decisions are final.
  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or direct message on social media and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond in this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Acceptance: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Travel Divas to use their name, image, and winning entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  • Liability: Travel Divas is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
  • Changes and Cancellations: Travel Divas reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value or to cancel the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the trip itinerary or cancellations by the winner are subject to the policies of the resort and may incur additional costs.
  • COVID-19 Considerations: The winner and their guest must comply with all travel and health guidelines and requirements, including COVID-19 testing and quarantine mandates, in place at the time of travel.
