TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Everyone must be 18 or older. This is an adults-only cruise ship.
  • A valid Passport is required
  • The cruise terminal address is: Terminal V is located at 718 N Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL 33132.
  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at info@thetraveldivas.com.
  • This is a cruise only trip meaning you are responsible for your flight to and from Miami and travel to and from the airport and port. You MUST plan for your flight to be in Miami or Fort Lauderdale before 1PM on February 11, 2027. The cruise terminal, Terminal V, is 8 miles from Miami Airport and about 30 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the port from the airport.
  • When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves Miami on February 11, 2027 and will return on February 15, 2027. 
  • We strongly recommend arriving in Miami a day before the cruise sets sail to avoid potential winter weather delays and ensure peace of mind.
  • Our suggested hotel near the cruise terminal is Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay: Book Your Room Here.
  • We advise you purchase your flight to Miami no later than December 2026.
  • Boarding starts as early as 2:30 PM but please adhere to your scheduled boarding that will be sent to you around 30 days prior to the cruise.

  • Currently, US Passport holders will receive a VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes occur, we will notify you via email.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Dubai International Airport. The airport code is DXB. The group flight will depart from the US on February 19, 2027 and arrive in Dubai (DXB) on February 20, 2027. Check-in at the hotel is February 20, 2027. We will depart from Dubai to the US on February 27, 2027. If you are purchasing your own flight, please make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
  • The airline flight schedule for the full package will be released in early fall 2026.

  • We offer Roommate Matching for this tour. When making your reservations, please select “double occupancy,” and when asked for your roommate’s name, enter “request roommate match.” Roommates will not be matched until 45 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements and airport transfers. Be aware that your flight will cross the international date line, causing you to lose a full day while traveling. The group flight will depart from the U.S. on February 12, 2027, arriving in Bangkok (BKK) on February 14, 2027. The airport we will fly into is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). The hotel check-in date is February 14, 2027, in Bangkok. On departure, we will fly out of Phuket International Airport (HKT) on February 22, 2027. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport must not expire before September 29, 2027.
  • A Visa and a Yellow Fever Vaccine are required to travel to Ghana.
  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any increases resulting from currency devaluation.
  • Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you wish to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where it asks for your roommate’s name. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until after 75% of your total package cost has been paid.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are responsible for booking your own flight and airport transfers. When arranging flights, pay close attention to travel dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Ghana for hotel check-in on March 19, 2027. This means many travelers will need to depart from the United States on March 18, 2027. Your departure flight from Accra to the US should be scheduled for March 29, 2027. The airport you will fly into and out of is Kotoka International Airport (ACC).
  • A full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days before departure to help you plan your free time.

  • Hotel check-in is at 3 PM. A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
  • Our first group event will take place on March 21 after 6 PM.
