International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before February 22, 2027.
  • All prices are based on the exchange rate at the time of booking. If the U.S. dollar devalues, Premier Travel One and Travel Divas reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any currency fluctuation.
  • Roommate Matching is available for this tour. If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Please note that roommate matching does not take place until 45 days before departure and only after 75% of the package is paid.
  • This is a LAND-ONLY PACKAGE, meaning you are responsible for booking your own flights and airport transfers.
  • The airport you should fly into is Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO).
  • Plan to depart the U.S. on August 15, 2026, to arrive in Rome on August 16, 2026, for hotel check-in.
  • Your return flight should depart Rome (FCO) on August 22, 2026.
  • A detailed itinerary will be emailed 60 days before departure to help you plan your free time in Rome.

TERMS & POLICIES:

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
  • All of your payments to Premier Travel One and Travel Divas are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • You are responsible to keep Premier Travel One and Travel Divas informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
