Monthly Payments & Auto Pay

Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

Automatic billing is complimentary and allows your remaining balance to be divided into scheduled payments after your initial deposit.

Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

Travel Notes

  • Roommate Matching is offered on this Divas in the City Series. To be matched, please select “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. Roommates will not be matched until 60 days prior to departure.
  • Final itinerary, event details, and helpful travel tips will be emailed 30-60 days prior to travel.
  • A credit card is required at hotel check-in to cover incidentals.
  • All pricing is based on current rates and availability. In the event of changes or updates from suppliers, your invoice will reflect any necessary adjustments.
  • Diva Talks are our pre-departure Zoom calls designed to help you feel prepared, informed, and ready for your Travel Divas experience. Calls are typically held approximately 30 days before departure, and the Zoom link will be emailed about one week prior.
  • To ensure you receive important trip updates, payment reminders, and travel notifications, please make sure you’re subscribed to our text messages. If you previously opted out, text START to (770) 232-6483 to resubscribe.
  • Our private Facebook group typically opens approximately 60 days before departure. Invitations are sent to the email address on file.

Terms and Policies

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You may pay in full at booking or select a monthly payment plan.
  • Payment plans include automatic billing, which can be opted out of by emailing info@thetraveldivas.com.
  • Travel documents and final instructions will be emailed once full payment is received.
  • It is each guest’s responsibility to update Travel Divas with any email address changes to ensure timely delivery of travel information.
  • Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Travel Divas Team. Failure to do so results in a $250 name change fee plus any vendor fees.
  • A late payment fee of $250 per person is required after the final payment date listed on your invoice.
  • A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required, in addition to your past-due balance, to reinstate your booking anytime after cancellation.
  • Men are welcome on this trip when traveling and rooming with a woman in your party.
