TRAVEL NOTES:

Passport Requirements: Traveling abroad requires a valid passport that must remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before November 2, 2028.
Currency Exchange: All prices are based on the rates of exchange at the time of price quotation. Any changes in exchange rates may affect the final invoice amount. Travel Divas reserves the right to adjust pricing to account for currency devaluation.
Roommate Matching: Roommate matching is available for this tour. If you would like to be matched, please select “Roommate Requested” on your reservation form. Roommates will not be matched until 60 days prior to departure.
Arrival Flights: The hotel check-in date is April 26, 2028. The group flight will leave from JFK on April 25, 2028 to arrive in Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) on April 26, 2028.
Departure Flights: The group flight will depart from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on May 2, 2028.
Transportation Details: Group airport transfers are only available for arrivals and departures on the scheduled dates and times. Travelers arriving or departing outside of these times are responsible for their own airport transfers.
Itinerary Details: A full, finalized itinerary will be emailed to you 60 days before departure to help plan your free time.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements and airport transfers. Be aware that your flight will cross the international date line, causing you to lose a full day while traveling. The group flight will depart from the U.S. on May 5, 2028 arriving in Bangkok (BKK) on May 7, 2028. The airport we will fly into is Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). The hotel check-in date is May 7, 2028, in Bangkok. On departure, we will fly out of Phuket International Airport (HKT) on May 15, 2028. If you are purchasing your own flight, note these dates and plan your flight and airport transfers accordingly.
For LAND ONLY clients, you will fly and be transferred with the group from Bangkok to Phuket. You are only responsible for your flight from the US to Bangkok and from Phuket back to the US.
For FULL PACKAGE guests, we strongly suggest flying into Los Angeles (LAX) the day before our group flight on May 4, 2028.

You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the port from the airport.
When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves Miami on February 11, 2027 and will return on February 15, 2027.
