This is perfect if you:
- Want to celebrate a birthday, milestone, reunion, family, or organization trip
- Love one of our existing itineraries but want it private
- Prefer to travel only with your own circle of 8+ travelers

What’s
Not Included
To make Private Escapes more flexible and accessible, your group will not receive:
- A Travel Divas host on the trip
- Travel Divas welcome boxes or swag
- Custom itinerary changes (it’s a duplication of an existing trip)
- International or domestic flights (Private Escapes are land-only packages)

CAN I CHANGE THE TRIP DATES?
Yes! With Private Escapes, you choose the dates that work best for your group. The itinerary, accommodations, and excursions stay the same. For fully customized trips, ask us about Concierge Group Planning. -
WHAT IF MY GROUP HAS FEWER THAN 8 TRAVELERS?
Private Escapes require a minimum of 8 confirmed travelers (including the group leader) within 30 days of launch. If your group is smaller, consider joining one of our hosted trips—or wait until you’ve gathered enough interest to go private. -
IS A TRAVEL DIVAS REP AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH BOOKINGS?
Yes! While your trip won’t include an on-site host, our Divas Support Team will manage payments, logistics, and traveler questions so you never have to handle it alone. -
WHAT’S THE PAYMENT PLAN?
Once your Private Escape is approved, each traveler secures their spot with a non-refundable deposit starting at $350 per person. We offer flexible monthly payment plans based on your travel dates, and your group has 30 days to meet the 8-person minimum.
